Hello, I'm Julia!
(she/her/hers/Ella)

I'm so glad you are here! I've always felt deeply connected to the power of relationships and how we navigate life's ups and downs, especially knowing we don't have to do it alone. I'm here to walk alongside you on this journey, and I recognize what a privilege it is do so.

Some identities that are important to me to share with you include Latinx immigrant, neurodivergent.

Our work together

Maybe you’re trying to figure out how to balance the pressure of meeting others’ expectations, or maybe you’re struggling with your sense of self in a world that doesn’t always make space for you. These are some of the challenges we can work through together, finding clarity and understanding along the way.

I’m especially passionate about working with people who may feel overlooked or misunderstood, including those from immigrant communities, those with trauma, borderline personality disorder, and those who are neurodivergent.

My Story

As a therapist, I'm human first. I care deeply about getting to know you as a whole person, not just your struggles. I love hearing about your interests, your passions, and the things that light you up. Our created space is one where I hope you'll feel safe enough to laugh, cry, or just experience being a human without judgement.

Growing up as a Mexican woman in the U.S., I understand the unique challenges of balancing cultures, the feeling of being “ni de aquí, ni de allá, nd the stress our communities face as they adapt to new environments. It’s part of why I became a therapist—to offer support to communities like mine, where healing spaces haven’t always been accessible.

I’m available to provide therapy for Spanish-speaking and bilingual individuals. I am dedicated to breaking down barriers and ensuring that language is not a hindrance to accessing quality mental health support.

In my free time I enjoy hiking, visiting new places, playing guitar, and spending time with my loved ones. I enjoy trying new hobbies and crafts each year as well :)

Therapy Approach

Whether you’re managing overwhelming emotions, dealing with anxiety, shame, or just trying to feel more in control, I’m here to help you find tools that fit you. I believe that we all have strengths, and we’ll work together to build on yours—whether that’s finding ways to manage your time, learning how to listen to your body’s cues, or setting boundaries that honor your needs.

For those who struggle with relationships or emotional intensity, I’m here to help you explore how your lived experiences have shaped your needs and boundaries. Through our sessions, you’ll gain skills to help navigate relationships, improve your emotional well-being, and feel more at peace with who you are. :)

Therapy is about more than working through challenges—it’s also about discovering your strengths and finding your path. If you’re ready to explore this journey of self-discovery and growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
