Welcome to MindBalance Mental Health Care! Founded by two mental health therapists, our mission is clear: empower individuals and create opportunities for wholeness through anti-oppressive holistic practices.

Specialized Care, Special People:

We're not about one-size-fits-all. Our small practice is dedicated to fostering a space where mental health providers can deliver specialized services. We invite and encourage individuals who are passionate and enthusiastic about supporting adoptees, immigrant communities, Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+2S, and students in post-secondary programs to apply.

Areas We Dive Into:

At MindBalance Mental Health Care, we are experts in addressing trauma (PTSD, CPTSD, relational, racial), eating disorders, body image concerns, and social anxiety. In our team expansion efforts, we are searching for professionals well-versed in our current specialties, and we also welcome individuals with experience in OCD, neurodivergent experiences, interpersonal relationships, sleep-related challenges, and life transitions.

We recognize that this land acknowledgment is just a first step in addressing the history of colonization and its lasting impacts on Indigenous communities. As part of our commitment, we will be donating 1% of any profits from the previous year to the Native Governance Center, an organization dedicated to strengthening Native leadership and supporting Native self-governance. This donation will be made by May 1st each year. We strive to support Indigenous sovereignty, equity, and community efforts in meaningful ways.
